The Land Registry Is Undergoing a Qualitative Leap in Turkey

Turkey will soon launch a pioneering and unique service in the field of real estate records, through the application of three-dimensional land registry technology, where the owner will be able to watch a three-dimensional view video of the property from inside and outside in detail before buying it, this will be through a special technology used in this context.

The new application will give investors, especially foreigners, greater flexibility before buying the property in Turkey without having to come to the site, In addition to the possibility of comparing the property on the ground, with its recorded registries in the land registry, to avoid any mistake between the required property and the sold property.
